Microblading
Microblading is a semi-permanent, over 2 -3 years it fades away and will need retouching. Microblading is a type of eyebrow architecture. It is all about tailor making the best shape for each face, it is a totally bespoke approach for each client.
'Microblading, unlike tattooing, is not in the deep layer of skin, but more on the surface. 'The hair strokes are far more natural and finer than any tatto.

Please Note: We strongly advise prospective new clients to book their Microblading appointments at least 3-4 months in advance of vacations, weddings, and special occasions.
This allows adequate time for healing of both your Initial Microblading Appointment as well as a Touch-Up Appointment 6-8 Weeks prior to your event.
Instructions are always important specially because microblading has a sensitive healing process. Be sure to always follow these pre & post care instructions for the best outcome.
Pre Care microblading

Avoid strenuous exercises 24 hours before procedure.

NO alcohol or caffeine 48 hours before procedure (Yes, there is caffeine in decaf coffee and tea!).

Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.

Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E , Neurofen, fishoil 48 hours before procedure.

Discontinue Retin-A at least 4 weeks prior

Refrain from use of any Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) products close to the eyebrow area 2 weeks prior

No brow waxing, tinting, or threading one week prior (the more natural hair growth you have, the better!
Post care microblading

Use non active skin care around the brows

Use Qtip to aply ointment given by your therapist

Do not pick the area as it dries as it can cause scarring and pigment loss!

Stay out of the sun as the sun can affect the pigment

Avoid pool, sauna, steam rooms, hot showers and/or hot baths for 3 weeks.

Avoid sweating for a full 10 days. Any physical effort, gym, hot weather, any other activity that may cause sweating through or on the brows will expel pigment from the dermis producing poor results.

Avoid sleeping on your face/brows for the first 10 days.

NO makeup or skincare products to be used on the treated area for two weeks.

Eyebrow tinting should not be undertaken for 2 weeks after your procedure..
Please note: Eyebrows will appear darker and bolder due to natural healing for the first two weeks. This is very common for all permanent cosmetic procedures.
Healing phase

It is very common to have brows fade more so than others, this is part of the healing process and will be treated at the recommended touch up appointment.

Previously done eyebrows from another technician may take 1-3 treatments to achieve the desired result. Scar tissue in the brow area done multiple times WILL require additional procedures.
